A cockpit a company runs its workforce from: live headcount, employee records, attendance and leave, and payroll on one screen. Managers stop stitching the picture together out of separate spreadsheets — who is off next week, and what that does to payroll, is answered before anyone asks.

Logistics & freight ops

Cargo Hub

Run a whole freight operation from one screen: shipment status, route planning, carrier performance and finance. The OCR reads and checks the paperwork — CMRs, invoices, delivery notes — so a dispatcher never retypes a number that already exists on a scan, and accounting matches what actually moved.

Everything a rental business runs on: listings and property pages, viewing scheduling, tenants and reservations, maintenance requests and revenue. One place for the owner, the tenant and whoever is doing the viewings, instead of a phone full of messages and a folder of contracts.

Periodic technical inspections

VTP GO

Inspection work tracked from the first appointment to the next expiry date. Every customer's installed equipment — make, serial, year of manufacture, gas type — carries its own verification and due date, alongside the firm's analysers, tools and vehicles and the moment each falls out of calibration. The weekly planner shows what every technician is covering and flags a double booking before it happens.

Fitness, food & hydration

iRise

Workouts built around the goal, the time you have and where you are training, each movement showing the muscle it actually works. Meals go in as you eat them, so calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugar and salt update through the day, next to a digestion timer and your water count. Progress is a map: hit the steps and the day's habits, reach the next waypoint.

Internal team hub

DC Hub

Where the studio actually runs: a task column per person, threads, Q&A, a shared calendar and projects, all reachable from one search box. Debates have a shape — someone opens a topic, everyone adds points for or against, and a point can be pushed straight into somebody's tasks, so the decision and the reason behind it stay together. A whiteboard holds the planning that is not a task yet.
