Not just websites — complete ecosystems. Five platforms we designed, built and still run: internal tools a company operates on, software for firms that carry out periodic technical inspections, and a fitness app that runs in the phone's browser.

HR Hub

A cockpit a company runs its workforce from: live headcount, employee records, attendance and leave, and payroll on one screen. Managers stop stitching the picture together out of separate spreadsheets — who is off next week, and what that does to payroll, is answered before anyone asks.

Cargo Hub preview
Logistics & freight ops

Cargo Hub

Run a whole freight operation from one screen: shipment status, route planning, carrier performance and finance. The OCR reads and checks the paperwork — CMRs, invoices, delivery notes — so a dispatcher never retypes a number that already exists on a scan, and accounting matches what actually moved.

Periodic technical inspections

VTP GO

The whole working day of a firm authorised to inspect gas boilers, in one place. The technician fills in the official inspection report on a phone at the customer's door, both sides sign on the screen, and the report is issued and locked. From then on VTP GO keeps count of the two-year validity and emails a reminder before it runs out, so the next visit is booked on time.

Workouts, food & water

iRise

A fitness app that runs in the phone's browser. It builds a workout around the time you have and where you train, keeps track of what you eat and drink, and shows how long a meal takes to digest. It comes in two looks, light and dark, in Romanian and English, and it is free while in development.

DC Hub preview
Internal team hub

DC Hub

Where the studio actually runs: a task column per person, threads, Q&A, a shared calendar and projects, all reachable from one search box. Debates have a shape — someone opens a topic, everyone adds points for or against, and a point can be pushed straight into somebody's tasks, so the decision and the reason behind it stay together. A whiteboard holds the planning that is not a task yet.
