The whole working day of a firm authorised to inspect gas boilers, in one place. The technician fills in the official inspection report on a phone at the customer's door, both sides sign on the screen, and the report is issued and locked. From then on VTP GO keeps count of the two-year validity and emails a reminder before it runs out, so the next visit is booked on time.

What it does today
- The official report, filled in on site
- The full PT A1 inspection form on a phone, tablet or laptop. It is pre-filled from the boiler record, saves as you go, and lists any mandatory check left unanswered before you submit.
- Verdict and signatures on screen
- Passed or rejected, with the customer and the technician signing on the device. The company stamp is applied on submission and the report is locked once issued.
- Print-ready paperwork
- The official report layout with the appliance logbook (Annex 3) in front and gap-free numbering per company. Print it or save it as a PDF.
- Report to the customer by email
- A private link the customer opens without an account. It expires after 90 days and can be revoked.
- Expiry reminders
- Automatic emails 30, 7 and 1 days before the two-year validity ends, plus a view of what has expired and what falls due in the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
- Clients and boilers
- A searchable registry with duplicate protection, company lookup by tax ID, and bulk import of clients from Excel or CSV.
- Weekly scheduling
- A calendar per technician and per team, with double-booking warnings and capacity limits, and a day agenda on the phone.
- People, certifications and equipment
- Roles for owner, admin and technician, authorisations with their expiry dates, and the firm's vehicles, tools and gas analysers, each with its own due date.
- Dashboards and export
- Each role gets its own dashboard. The owner can export to Excel or CSV and download a backup file of the company's records.
- Security
- Each company's data is isolated at database level, and sign-in requires a code from an authenticator app, with recovery codes as a fallback.
