Short version: we don't sell your data, and we use no advertising or cross-site trackers.

When you use the contact form, your message is stored on our own server in Romania. We keep only your name, email, optional company and the message itself — we do not store your IP address or browser alongside it. We use it solely to reply and work together, and we delete it after at most three years. So that we actually notice your message, our email provider (Resend, a US company that sends from EU infrastructure) delivers us a short alert. By design that alert contains only the time your enquiry arrived and your email address so we can reply — your name, company and message never leave our server in Romania. Resend keeps that alert for up to 30 days, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The site sets only essential cookies. To understand traffic we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics beacon that records the page and referrer but sets no cookie and stores no raw IP address. Want anything removed?
